Our Pre Placement Health Assessment (PPHA) proforma and Audiometry Questionnaire proforma give you an idea of what is involved during the medical assessment.

After conducting a PPHA the results are faxed to the employer within the hour, unless other testing such as a Urinary Drug Screen was required which would make the results available in 2-3 working days.

Q.  How long will it take?
A.  Most PPHA’s require you to be onsite for 1-1.5hrs

Q.  What do I have to bring?
A.  Reading glasses if you use them
     A full bladder as you are required to do a urine test for us to check
     for sugar, protein & blood. You may also be required to do a supervised
     urinary drug & alcohol screening, this is done at Dorevitch Pathology
     which is also located in Hume St, Wodonga, so you may be required to
     provide two separate urine samples.

Q. Do I have to pay?
A.  Not unless your company advises you in advance that you are required to pay, otherwise an account is sent to the employer.
